Welcome to my little blog about DŌP, Diplomacy Oriented Programming. My ambitions are small: create a programming environment with a formal declaration of modularization. In other words, build an environment where functionality is defined in global terms, is negotiated by and between components and the application as a whole, and is implemented according to the agreed upon terms.

Well, maybe not so small, but I hope to provide frequent updates with code examples. This is mostly to inform my future self of why-in-the-world I did XYZ instead of TUV. It should also be a kind of living brainstorm, where I can jot down ideas and keep track of various threads of thought.
